In order to adhere to Level 5 Covid restrictions, a callover of all civil matters scheduled for the three weeks commencing 10th November 2020 will take place in Naas Courthouse on the 3rd November 2020.
The callover on 3rd November with be divided in to three sessions as follows;
- Civil matters listed for the week commencing 10th November 2020 will be listed for 10.30a.m.
- Civil matters listed for the week commencing 17th November 2020 will be listed for 12.00p.m.
- Civil Matters listed for the week commencing 24th November 2020 will be listed for 2.00p.m.
In order to comply with HSE advice regarding social distancing it is recommended that a local solicitor be nominated where possible to attend the callover and indicate to the court the status of the cases listed.
Applications for adjournments can be dealt with by email from the moving party with a letter of consent from the other side. There will be no requirement for either party to attend Court.
In relation to Infant Rulings listed for the 10th November 2020 the Judge will make the appropriate order without the requirement for the parties to attend Court.
